However, I had a period of intense business travel and fell off of my routine. Consequently Im down to 180 lbs. but working my way back up. Outside of fitness my interests are: aerobics, reading- fiction and non- fiction, legitimate theatre, some movies and sports spectator and otherwise. Time permitting I play tennis. I am a political liberal and over the years have been involved in civil rights issues as well as womens equality programs. Finally I guess I am obliged to surface my sign: Aquarius. Family is very important to me. If you get to know me you will find that my masculine image is important to me but not to the point of being egotistically macho. I like to think that I can be masculine and a gentleman at the same time. Admittedly I do have an assertive personality.
