I'm usually a bit on the shy side. Never thought I'd be trying on-line dating, but things change, so here goes… I'm 43, 5' 10" and a pretty 'average' guy. I have a good career in the insurance industry. I'm a long-distance cyclist and do lots of walking with my dogs. I own a house in Preston, Lancashire, and have two tenants for the company and shared dog-care rather than the money. I'll be made redundant on 08/02/13... but I start a better job on 18/03/13… so I have 5 weeks off work and lots of redundancy pay to spend, but nobody to spend it with! I NEED a holiday before I start my new job. I fancy 7 to 10 days in a 4-star all-inclusive hotel in the Canaries, probably Tenerife, and I'd rather not go alone. Watching the sunset from golden sands while sipping a cocktail seems a bit hollow if you aren’t sharing it with someone. So I'm hoping to meet up with someone before I go and, if we get on OK, then I'll treat you to a free holiday in the Canaries, just bring your spending money!
